This Art Walk falls upon Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Laguna Gallery of Contemporary Art ( LGOCA ) will be hosting the Susan G Komen Foundation from 2:00-9:00, with a volunteer available to talk about the Foundation's Mission to end Breast Cancer.  The fun part of the event is in honor of our women friends, aunts, moms and so on, who have survived or are going through the stages of survival.  Artist Robin Hiers will be hand painting on bras!  The bras are a playful way to show how women still want to be beautiful, strong and joyful in spite of what they have gone through.  The bras are available for any donation to the Foundation.  There will also be an original"pink" painting, by Robin Hiers, for raffle as well as a few prints.
